Whats a good recommended daily or 5x a week ab workout? Preferably one that utilizes bodyweight only. I know heavy squats and such are good, but I'm holding off on squats for now because I have APT and want to work on my core and glutes a bit first before going heavy on squats as stupid as it may sound to some.
Ab workouts are a meme. Compound lifts are much better for core strenfthening. Squat, deadlift, OHP, bent-over row, bench press, weighted dips.

I do weighted decline sit-ups. Just grab a plate in hand and do them. Doesn't matter what exercise just do one. Avoid sit-ups since they're bad for back tho
