Hey /fit/
For the past few months or so I've been pretty much a wreck - I lived alone in college, did a lot of drinking, was pretty exhausted overall, and had inexcusably shitty nutrition - I didn't have a lot of money and was just a pretty lazy piece of shit, so I would sometimes go days without eating, or I would stuff myself with shitty fast food. I was visibly getting skinnier and less healthy over the months, currently weighing about 65kg at 180cm, but now I've finally returned to my parents' home for the summer. My parents' house is pretty much the house of unlimited gains because there is so much food. I've only been in the house for like 12 hours but I've already overeaten like three times.
I used to be afraid of working out while being malnourished because I didn't want to damage my body even further. Now, however, is quite obviously the time to make gains and shape up a bit, so I'm wondering how rapid weight gain can actually be, and when would be best to start working out?

Drastic weight gain can only be achieved if you eat shitty food like fast food.
If you want to increase your lean mass you should be looking to increase 500gm or a pound a week (by eating healthy food but in bigger quantities).
Is that perro caca?
