Good morning (for EST people at least), /fit/! I was browsing a phone wallpaper thread on wg and came across the posted pic and was mirin pretty hard over that back. What lifts will make my middle back all thick and lumped up like that?
weighted pull ups, deadlifts, barbell rows, other rows, etc. just look up back excercises

Thanks for the response. I assumed those would do it, especially since those are the types of movements folks did back in those days. Just never seem to see that area sculpted on anyone in a cbt. There are always wide backs and large upper traps, but I rarely see that area bulked like that on anyone.

Well, I'm a long way from that. My DL and rack pulls and hang cleans are intermediate strong, so my row is probably laughable. I do rows with just the plates a couple times a week - 5x5x90. Don't know why, I just kind of like them.
