I'm not very rich person as a student and haven't found a job yet. What food you would recommend to a poorfag? I feel like i'm not getting enough calories to grow in size.

Also, easy to eat things that I can eat as a snack without having to prepare them
>Fruits
>Beef jerky
What else? Beef jerky is hard to come buy where I'm from, we have lots of cold cuts which have estrogens and shit though
Rice, pasta, lentils, pats and pearl barely are super cheap for getting in carbs.
Frozen fruit and veggies are a good idea.
In terms of fats, nuts and peanut butter.
Protein - try and buy in bulk - it's cheaper - freeze if need be. Multipacks of tinned tuna, tinned chicken, sardines.

Raw chicken is usually a good deal. I get it for $1.75/lb, which ends up equating to like 6 breasts for $10. that and get protein powder in as large a quantity as you can find. Anything less than 10 lbs and you're getting robbed. Getting protein powder in bulk is probably the most cost effective way to get protein into your body when it's all said and done. for carbs get rice in bulk. Done. Maybe some lentils too. For fats get peanut butter.

Eggs are good, oats are also if you can get them in bulk.
