Can anyone give me their thoughts on this 6 day PPL split?
I've been doing a brosplit up until now but that needs to change

I'm actually in the exact same boat OP. I was planning on making this thread tomorrow morning. Here's a bump, hope we can get some good info in this thread, because each link I've found including yours have had slight variations in sets from one another, and the sticky doesn't have any info.
Ppl is the same thing as a brosplit.
Do push pull abxabxabxabx and hit legs on push and hamstrings glutes on pull

its no where near the same
Isn't a bro split pretty much anything that's not upper/lower or full body?

I don't know what it's called then whatever but I've been hitting every muscle group just once a week and I want to change it to 2x a week. What do you think of the split I posted?

I don't rate a 6 day/week split for Marty's. Just gonna burn you out. Do an upper/lower twice a week instead.

*for nattys.
.Can't be bothered to check it out, but why don't you do proven and tested PPL routines such as Coolcicada's or Metallicadpa's?
Also if you're at such a level that you need to switch to a PPL routine, you should be able to design your own routine.
If your lifts still suck and you're natty, you'd benefit more from running a Full Body routine 3 times a week or an Upper Lower routine 4 times a week.

A bro split typically consists of separate days for separate body part, such as Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms.
