Living with a smoking hot crossfit girl (I know, she's strong af though), we just did our first PL meet together this past weekend. She got a 340/250/470 squat/bench/deadlift and totalled 1060. She preps my meals for me every week and we train with each other 5-6 days a week.

Went from handholdless NEET at 20 to making good $ and living with the girl that I'm going to wife at 25. Lifting changed my life more than I ever could have imagined. We're all going to make it guys, just lift heavy and focus on improving yourselves.

I got you, the key is to just go intense as fuck and fight through the burn, also make sure youre not getting traps involved as much


1. Dumbell or barbell seated shoulder
press
2. Side lateral raises (go apeshit, drop sets and supersets with front delt raises)
3. Front delt raises
4. Rear delt rope thing
5. Rear delt flys on pec deck

Those are the main things ill do, the key is lateral raises and how intense you go and switching the grip, adding a twist, dropping the weight until failure and 5lbs are heavy. Uk shit like that

I don't think bulking is unhealthy, I just hate eating all the fucking time. Cut down to 10-12% bodyfat and you'll realize what a good fucking decision you made regardless of lost lifts. You can always clean bulk after and get your lifts back up in a shorter amount of time, on less calories, without getting fat.

You're clearly over 20% bodyfat. If you lose all your gains just cutting to 12%, you had no gains to begin with. Probably too late for you to cut this summer anyway, so you might as well summer/winter bulk into next year (clean bulk you fat fuck) and then start the hard cut in February.

Yea you really have to learn from someone. It's like learning a new language and how to dance at the same time. That being said You can definitely do some stuff at home with say a heavy bag or watching stuff online. I would at least go to get some basic fundamentals. Boxing, bjj, and Muay Thai are all good, practically disciplines and most mma gyms will offer them.
