/fit/ doesn't know it but they kept me sane and healthy through a rough patch of my life from 2016-mid 2017

Some would ask why I was making these threads and talking about certain things, but for me it was therapy

Sometime there would only be five replies, but getting it out and writing it down somewhere helped me a lot

/fit/ helped me too. I'm not quite aesthetic as I would like to be, but I'm definitely a lot better (221 lbs 31% BF 14 months ago now 185 lbs 18 BF).

I'm currently unemployed and have nothing to do during the days. The boredom and lack of stimulation is turning me into a vegetable. If it wasn't for lifting i would legit go insane.
