I was tired of being an unhealthy bitch. I've cut a majority of junk food, started doing cardio and lifting, watching calories and carbs more, really reading and understanding the numbers. This was 2 months ago and I feel much better than I did, but I feel like I'm missing many vitamins and minerals because I don't eat as much as I used to. How are these vitamins for mens health?

I'm stuck between these two. I know having to many minerals and vitamins is actually bad (Kirkland) but the Alive ones seem to focus mainly on mens health? Pls help
