Back injury for a few years now, i'm not sure if the added weight is causing the back pain or my disk/sciatica still has an issue after a couple of years
I learned and know why I was injured but it sucks, my solution to the injury fucked me up more than the injury
I accidentally gave myself pesticide poisoning. Does that count?

Ultimately, my self hatred burns to strongly for me to take easy, knowing full well that I'm doing long term, irreversible damage
yea my the ligament/tendon that runs down my right hand's pinky is fucky so i'm taking a break to let it heal

Use to be able to run 1.5 miles in 8:12, then pic related happened. My time didn't get much worse but I had to stop for a few months and I'm always thinking about what could have been
