What are some lesser known fitness subreddits that are full of good info?

/r/bodybuilding is pretty decent. It's better than /r/fitness because it's filled with beginner level information and a lot of things that are right get exaggerated and repeated with no thought, leading to a lot of misinfo and group think.
For example, the absolute idea that in order to build muscle you MUST consume excess calories, which is true once you reach low digit bodyfat % and nearing your natty limit. But for most beginner people who have a bunch of fat on them, they can coast along on maintenance.
The board also has information for intermediates and a lot of people who are so used to beginner mindsets are called out from their lack of experience.

/r/bodybuilding used to be good. Last I checked the mods were really strict about only allowing competition/prep/athlete posts. If you want info maybe check out /r/advancedfitness and /r/weightroom. There's also an /r/flexibility but I haven't been able to find much good info on there.
