How is it possible to move this fast? How can one get more explosive? It baffles me to see a "dyel" 69kg boy throwing around a weight that some bigger guys use for deadlift sets.
No big guy deadlifts 315 outside of a warmup...
Also he's just pulling the bar up and then pulling himself underneath it
