it's called DOMS. it's what the muscles do when they're waking up. it'll pass, and you won't have it nearly as much in the future.

Stretching doesn't really help DOMS.
You don't have to do anything about it. Just lift, and then the break-in period passes and it's over.

read the sticky, keep yourself loose and limber throughout the workout and stretch your entire body before you lift and once youre done. that'll help a lot, you'll still get DOMs but not as bad.
