What was the most difficult habit change for /fit/ when you started lifting?
I kid you not, for me it was eating breakfast everyday.
Holy shit, for the first 3-4 weeks it was hell. My stomach didnt want anything before 11:00 o'clock.

For me it was just stopping eating sugary shit.
If I let myself slip I can easily plow down a bag of 5 large soft cookies in one sitting, and do it again later the same day. On top of eating junk food meals. I was on a fast track to type II
