6'3; 160lbs; moderate workout twice a week; about 15-20km of cycling a day
try to eat about 2500kcal a day (sometimes i dont make it because of work. I am able to gain weight but that is when I feel full and disgusting 24/7 (think 3 warm meals and sugary snacks in betweeen eg winter holidays)
I read some research where it states that long-term cannabis abuse can affect the insulin cycle and all kinds of other hormonal changes related to how stoners process food differently, is it a meme?

Do more strength training and eat more. If you cycle that much every day you´ll need at least 3000 kcals to gain any weight.
If you feel full fast eat kalorie dense food like nuts or oatmeal.

I'm 5'11, I do the same amount of km a day but I'm fat and I don't do fast food or most complex carbs. Just eat more.
