>never isolate biceps because /fit/ ridicules people who do them instead of just hitting them with compounds
>they're noticeably smaller than everything else
>giving shit about what autistic dyels think

I too fell for the "don't be a curlbro meme" now I have to do bicep isolations almost every other day

There's a huge difference between having a whole day dedicated to arms vs doing a set of hammer curls twice a week after your compounds. Middle ground is the answer here.

most people on /fit/ have been lifting for a few months or a year and believe they know everything while actually not knowing anything
this place is dangerous and you should leave

This, has come here for memes and nothing else.
>never isolate biceps
>they are noticably bigger than other parts
It's like different people might respond to different stimuli
>>41874848
I followed the same approach while doing SL 5x5. But yeah, biceps definetely need extra work.
I can bench 105kg but I'm seeing guys who can only bench 60kg have biceps that are as big as mine

And what if I need to repair the damage? I was thinking of doing a ULUL split, with the second day of U being arms
that's funny OP, because I also never train biceps, yet my arms are big. Sucks to be you I guess. Maybe try adding curls into your routine instead of bein a bitch.

Why would you listen to /fit/?
You deserve what you got anon
>>41874913
This. Though most people here probably don't lift for more than 1 month
>>41874848
>not doing zottman curls every day
