So if I'm cutting on PPL at 1900 calories a day, should I actually eat a little more because PPL is so high in volume? Sedentary the rest of the day, but there's like a 1-1.5 hour interval where I am fucking dying
Even a 6 day a week program hardly count as light exercise on most calculator .
SS and other 3x a week are sedentary
( If you don't do anything else physical )
