How can I stop cardio from fucking my shit up? If I do even just 30 mins of medium intensity cardio on a stationary bike afterwards it feels like my body looses all of it's energy and I just crumple into a ball and feel too tired and worn out to even eat. Lifting is no problem though, afterwards I feel great but cardio just fucks my shit up completely.

Train more and make it hard , it's not a real bike so I don't know if you can do that , but set it on hilly and do long steady hills . And Don't forget to eat your carbs .
