>recommending anything other than PPL to beginners
>perpetuating memes like SS/SL
chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs
is a far superior split to ppl and results in bigger jucier arms.

Ur gehy.
Chest/tri
back/bi
legs/focus
twice a week for maximum gains, skip a leg day for max /aesthetics/

When do I do pressing movements? Chest day or shoulder day? How do I work my chest without triceps? How do I work my back without my biceps? What kind of fucktard routine is this?

That's essentially what PPL is

SS is good for aesthetics if you add chest isolation to OHP day and curls to the day youre not doing chins. Also a fourth set of 8 reps to all upper body compound lifts.
With this youll traim each muscle 3 times a week and a total of 12 sets on each muscle per week.
Which is better than PPL were you only train each muscle twice a week. And you dont get more volume.

alphadestiny novice program all the way. great for body building but you hit everything three times a week

>taking the easy way out and not using science
>not training legs one week, chest/tris the next week, back/bis the next week
>not doing three week split

What the fuck. No.
Can a few of you guys who do PPL post what exercises you do for each day? I wanted to start it but every website had different routines besides the basic OHP, Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift sets. I checked the sticky looking for some help but it only covered other programs.
