Everyone says vitamins are mostly worthless if you are eating fine, but what if you're just a neet that only eats chicken and drinks water? Would a multi vitamin be a good idea?

Why not eat some spinach and broccoli with some light salad dressing anon. Fiber, minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals are good for you and you won't get everything from a multi
