So about 3 months ago I started running like every day. I gradually increased distance as I felt comfy. I went on a few runs with my friend and he explained to me that I should land on my mounds instead of heels which I was doing since I started out. So I tried this for some time and I started to feel this pain in my outer right shin of my right foot. Sometimes the pain pulses in a way that disables the muscle and I literally almost trip but it like reboots or something and my lower leg gets stabilized again... so what the fuck did I do to myself and how to rehabilitate? Should I rest for a longer period? Can I do light exercises?

I went from 0 running to going through infantry training and running a 6 miler, heres what happened to me.
Starting out, my ankles would hurt so bad that I had to dig deep into my mind to keep going.
After that, it was my shins.
After that, it was the interior side groin popping like you had, and that fucked me up for like 2 whole months. After I conquered that, it was the sides of my knees. I would run and my knee would give out and then snap back like you say.
See, our fate is the same. It all goes away though with diligence.
Just keep going, its the body becoming stronger. But do these things. Do not run 2 days in a row. Stretch a lot. 3.. GO TO A FOOTWEAR SPECIALIST.
It turns out I pronate when I run so I bought shoes with extra stability on the pronating side, and I bougbt some insoles with better arch support. Ive been running in these and now, I feel I can run at a level I never imagined was possible when I was gritting my teeth, hobbling down the road in training trying to make time.
