Go to gym, fag.

Explain because I know people who work graveyard shifts to 9-5 jobs who make time for the gym.

The traffic is infernal and the nearest gym is 20 km away, i live in a semi rural zone. I would easily waste 1,5 hours in traffic every time.

Get a pullup bar at least, that's all you need.

I recommend at least buying some weight plates and an adjustable dumbbells. You can do weighted: pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, and dips with dumbbell shoulder-presses and you'll get a good body.
Well that's what I've been doing. I'm going to start saving for a home gym though.

I'm giving OP benefit of the doubt. Coming from DC burbs the traffic times add up. I can imagine some areas where gyms might be spread that thinly, too, and he's probably elsewhere in the country or not in the US.
So the combination of my traffic circumstances with a lower density of gyms makes this feasible

US Rifle, Caliber 30, M1
no joke
Push up handles (you can reach much lower without wrist pain), a couple of dumbbells and a mat is all you really need.
