I was doing 250 pounds.
I was putting the bar down back on the rack. I thought it was on the rack but apparantly one side wasnt so it just fell down completely. I was still hold ing it up because i was still in position but it was near the ground while the other side was on the rack.
IT fucked up my back, i was debating thinking like fuck lift this completelyup in a horrible position or just drop it.
I decided to drop it it was hanging on one side so I had to take the weghts off one side and it just smashed onto the ground.
I ended up breaking my thumb and my body is in a ot of pain. But I am not paralyzed so this is just motivation to push myself harder in other ways tbqh.
