SS, focusing on increasing mobility right now so I can squat and deadlift with good form. Hamstrings/glutes are tight as shit and I can't get to depth without rounding my lower back, so I'm not adding much weight until I have better form.
190 lbs 5'11" ~22% bf. Eating around 1800 calories a day. Should be cutting more, but as long as my lifts are going up I'm fine with it for now.
