I got from 5 knee pushups to 20 normal pushups in 2 weeks when I started. It's easier than you think it is.

You may have a disease, exercise has nothing to do with this. If you are actually a skelly and can't do a single knee pushup then something is wrong. I didn't exercise for 1.5 years when skelly but could still do at least 30 pushups because I weighed nothing at all. If you aren't baiting, and weigh nothing at all but still can't lift yourself then go to the doctor.

My 300 lb cousin couldn't do a single knee pushup either, now he's able to do 4 full pushups. So basically just practice pushups if you want to do pushups.
