I'm on my phone, too lazy to post the whole deal, but basically we're talking about three 21d cycles on 500mg and a 1k deficit with two breaks in between. After the pic above, I started to do bro splits on maintenance and here is the results after 6 months.

YellowBot, but he's out of business. That's a pretty unstable market. The last batch was from Dinitro and I didn't like it, the side effects were varying from day to day.

My 0st test cycle was in August (huge mistake) and I took 250mg for about a week and then bumped to 500mg. Then I got infamous DNP rash and introduced Benadryl to my supps for all following cycles. The rash was gone a few days after I stopped the test cycle. Never came back with Benadryl or Zyrtec as a supp

DNP is the best thing that happened to me and it was a complete life changer. I was overweight all my life and finally got a decent body when I was 26 so I have very little time left to enjoy young girls mires, but at least I feel super confident now. Maintaining after you already cut is waaaay easier than slowly go down and deprive yourself from food for years.
