When im lifting, no exercise comes even close to making me sweat as much as (high rep) squats and deadlifts do. DAE know this feel? How come certain exercises cause you to sweat a lot more?

Because they use more overall muscle mass, which means more heat as a byproduct, which means more sweating.

>me when 10x3 squats after an AMRAP set
I sweat like a mad cunt squatting.
Deadlifting is pretty bad too.
Worst for me is that I find it hard to breathe properly when I squat, I find myself really out of breath.
+30°C in gym. Became quite light-headed after fourth set of squats, although legs weren't exhausted yet.

Good to hear I'm not alone. Funnily enough I've been doing cardio weekly for the past two years...even participated in competitions. I can run 15 kilometers without breaking a sweat or heavy breathing, but these squats destroy me.
