I know this thread has been started hundred times but I haven't been on 4chan for two years.
In short, how do you /fit/ guys have gotten over the "locker room" anxiety. You know what I'm talking about. Changing yourself in the locker rooms at the gym when there are people around. I'm usually comfortable with nudity but when it comes to chaning after a shower I always feel super stressed of my towel not accidentally falling. So yeah. Any tips?

I've done it for a while but I started showering at the gym because otherwise I need to go back home before work in the morning which would make me stuck in traffic and be late a lot.

You have to realize that no one is looking at you. Do you stare at the other guys changing in the locker room? Neither does anyone else.
Anxiety is easy to get over when you need realize that no one there will give a damn about who you are or not what you're doing.
