Who here /adhd/? I'm thinking about getting back on meds to treat mine, but I'm reluctant to use adderall or ritalin since studies suggest it might suppress test production. What are you using and what have your experiences been?

Take the lowest effective dosage of adderall or vyvanase. At low therapeutic amounts the side effects are extremely minimal.
People fuck their shit up by dosing too high. Idiots take amounts that are close to recreational but that's not useful and if you want an actual high there are better drugs to take. Some poor saps had terrible GP or psychiatrists that put them on a super high dose to start, which of course will fuck be terrible.
Plan days in your schedule where you don't take it; tolerance builds up quickly but also goes away quickly. By doing this you don't have to increase dosage for it to remain effective.
If you have a regular schedule, taking the extended release versions of the drugs is better, but if you don't adhere to a regular schedule it may impact your sleep schedule.
Having a regular sleep schedule is always important but practically a requirement for adderall usage as you can easily fall into the trap of taking adderall to not feel tired, and then you're sleep deprived and impaired during the day. Don't be a fucking moron.
