What exercises can I do that will strengthen my glutes? I tried using pic related, but it puts a lot of strain on the lower parts of my legs, perhaps I'm just using it incorrectly.
I got APT so I gotta work on my glutes and abs.

Do reverse hypers or gluteham instead. Hamstring and glutes should be trained together

Deadlift is quite easy, just look for some videos in the internet and make sure you have your back straight while lifting
