Planning on making my own workout regiment incorporating stuff

Planning on making my own workout regiment incorporating stuff from starting strength, please give advice if I'm missing anything or if I should change stuff.

It's Back Bis / Chest Tris / Shoulder Legs, six days a week.

3x10 Hammer Curls
3x10 Barbell Curls
3x10 Dumbbell Rows
3x10 Pulldown or Pullups

3x5 Bench Press
3x10 Incline Dumbbell Press
3x10 Tricep Extension
3x10 Tricep Pushdown

3x5 Highbar Squats
3x10 Calf Raises
3x5 OHP
3x10 Side Lateral Raises

Planning on doing core every other day and maybe squeezing in some sets of shrugs to get my traps.

Am I onto a semi-decent plan or am I just plain retarded?
