How do you come to like the burn?
I'm a 48kg skelly and every time I try to start working out I always give up due to the strain and burn being uncomfortable, does it get better?

I came to like it because the pain forces me to stop thinking about the past or future and focus on presently lifting the heavy shit on me.
Also makes me feel alive desu

This. You'll get addicted

>48kg
I started liking it when i imagined every second of burning as chipping away at my new physique and my body reacting to the stress to do that

>makes me feel alive
This.
Also when I feel exhausted or tired I like to think back on the tens of billions of humans that have lifted, run and sweat through out history and it makes me feel like I'm supposed to be hurting

You got to aim for getting the good burns.
It sucks when your delts get tired before your chest on some bench, but man, a good chest burn and pump is one of the best feelings you can get working out.

I don't do 20 reps a set so i don't usually feel a burn. I just get too weak to push or pull properly
Actually lift heavy, faggot.

I never feel a good burn
I mainly stick to squats though
Lol what are you talking about. If you exercise properly you get heavier and stronger.
If you are underweight and feeling shit its because you are working a bag of bones to death.
