Hey guys
Basically I've been doing P/P/L for the last two years and I'm bored of it. My routinely usually centers around low reps high weight on compounds and hypertrophy on all my isolations but some months I'll switch it up for a couple weeks. I want to start to work on strength and get my deadlift, squat and bench up in that order. Problem is, a lot of the strength routines I read about are very little volume and require me to go to the gym a lot less than I'd like. It's not that I think going to the gym more frequently is more effective, it's more like going to the gym and just grinding for and hour and a half is just something I look foward too. I really like just killing it despite maybe going over board sometimes.

What I ask for (if possible) is there a routine that differs from PPL(optional) that revolves around strength but also focuses on some isolation and a lot of different exercises, that also has me in the gym 5 times a week? Thanks a lot for the reading through, if not
