11-15% looks best in my opinion.

You look lean and strong in that range.

10% and below you have to watch your diet very, very carefully and your reward is a veiny, lined body that doesn't look at full, healthy, or strong as someone at say 13%.

Plus you probably won't retain the same strength at 8% as you do at 14 or so.
