i've never understood the appeal of looking like these fucking faggots. I don't care how "strong" they are, they look like shit and are literally taking years off their lives by being retarded fat cunts. I train in a powerlifting style, but i refuse to admire anyone who looks like these meme humans.

Diet is a 24/7 exercise in discipline.

Lifting is easy compared to being disciplined with diet. An entire day's diet can be fucked up by one tiny moment of weakness.

if you're 120+ kg class it benefits you to be a fat fuck, big fuck gut = superior squat leverages and it helps your bench as well
