So I've bumped up my workout days from 2 a week to 4 a week thanks to changing jobs. I'm starting to get this sort of afterburn heat throughout my body. It's the day after I worked out, and it's kind of weird to be sweating a bit even when I'm just doing office work in a T-shirt. Is there a way to mitigate this? Is this supposed to be a good thing?
yeah you are boosting your metabolism, body needs more work to recover and repair.
thats normal when you increase your workload. should pass after a few weeks till it gets used to it.
