Yes mate, can transition fairly seamlessly from training everyday, perfect clean diet, no cigs or drugs to eating like shit, working non-stop, not exercising, and smoking every hour. Have been habitual smoker in various stages, usually between six to nine months at a time (yeah whatever, not enough to get "addicted" apparently).

If you change your lifestyle you'll find smoking disgusting. I love smoking when I'm living a certain way, being completely degenerate and just working and stuff, it feels great. When I'm living healthy I can't get through a cigarette without wanting to vom. Helps if you don't eat meat too.

I just quit a few weeks ago.

You just have to quit cold turkey.

Every few hours you'll have a 3 minute craving.

After 2-3 days it'll go away.

Just use willpower for a couple days.

I rewarded my brain with some other form of dopamine (snacks) to make it easier.

Keep your mind off it with anime, exercise, or something.
