Wtf is this bullshit? I train hard and eat healthy yet i get high cholesterol.
What are some ways to control it?
Ps. I hardly eat any red meat. my diet consists of mostly chicken cottage cheese, whey protein, skim milk, salads, and rice/other crops

If I were to hazard a guess, it would be that your LDL cholesterol is what is high. Comes from eating a lot of dairy.
I've got a similar issue. I wouldn't sweat it too much, since it's easy to rectify if it becomes an issue (consume less dairy).
