Ive always wondered this... So when you piss and shit thats your bodys waste, it takes the nutrients and shit from the food and the rest of it is waste so you get rid of it.
In theory, could you consume the exact amount of pure nutrients to live a healthy life and never need to piss or shit. It would be pretty impossible but theoretically is it possible?
