I am 100% natty and I tried bulgarian with squats only. It gives me rapid gains for like two weeks, after that I hit plateau. I stopped bulgarian right after that. But according to Eric, if he hit a plateau he will do another exercise which is similar. I don't really know if it will work for long term gains but for short term it definitely works at least for me who's natty.

He picks an excercise he hasn't done in a long time, does it everyday with minimum volume each time.
He's basically just doing practise, after a short while you stop getting stronger because you quite literally are not getting stronger to begin with, merely getting better at the specific excercise.
