Is it pain or just tightness? If you're new to squattinc heavy the tightness is normal.

However, just did my third set and this time i spread the grip so that im holding it right next to the weights themselves and it was gone.

It sounds like your latissimus dorsi muscle needed to be in a bit more stretched position to tighten your thoracolumbal fascia. Basically one part of your muscle tissue had to overperform, kind of how like you can give yourself a calf cramp by flexing your ankle while already at maximum flexed position. You should continue with wide grip if it gives you a "tighter" feeling in your back, and probably the pain will stay away also.

Im an ectomorph and want to actually gain some muscle mass.
Do you have any tips.
Im basically living on eggs, bacon, chicken, 2 cups of veggies, steak and fish.
But when i add it all up its still around 2000cals . I only want to start taking protien when ive maxed out everything muscle wise through a natty process.

Any supplements that arent crazy dangerous but help... like wtf did zyzz take ?

i used to be 76 kg about a month and a half ago; however, i gained all that weight when i was in my semester at uni, so i would eat thai express and shitty junk foood.

i started getting a double chin and thats when i feared that i would be a fat piece of shit. so i went on a extreme calorie defecit diet where i dropped down from 76 to 64 in a month and a half.

Now that i lost all that fat and a lo of muscle i thought i was on a clean new page so i put my idol as zyzz and i want to go all out. Built my own gym and count my calories and also use zyzz work out plan but on his days off i work out.

Long story short i fear that if i eat too much ill get fat again. What reassures me that i can eat and not gain fat.
