Thats awesomw guys but is the op pic i posted supposed to be for leg extensions because my heels drag the ground when i try to use it as such, would either of you mind listing some possible workouts i could use this thing for, ive been doing tucked knee planche pushups handstand pushups and human flags and shit for the last four months and transformed my body completely i want to bulk though

I never used that shit and focused on squats, dl, and farmers carry
Also, if you need direct leg work you can do goblet squats, you can do weighted lunges and long rep suqat work with a dumbell
For glutes/hamstrings I did db stiff leg deads

Alright but idont see how to leg curl that with it where it it my leg would have to make a 90 degree angle with a snapped knee lol but ill keep lunging and squatting with the 65 lb bumbells
