I started lifting semi seriously a month or 2 ago and want to start actually getting serious with a legit program and start eating right. I currently am 5'9 125lbs, I can 1rep 105 on bench, 200 deadlift, and squat 170. My goal is to get out of skellymode and gain about 20lbs while not putting on too much fat. I've heard that SS is a good pprogra for people like me, but I've looked into it and feel it has too much legs and not enough volume for what I would like. What program would you recommend? What should I be eating? Any other tips?

Eat more, legs twice a week, upper body three times, eat more, eat more, eat more. Progress is gonna be slow focus on getting your lift weights up

Post your feet
Do SS, learn the lifts and eat 3500+ calories.
5'8/135lbs
Squat: 220lbs 3x5 (even though my form goes to shit on last reps)
Bench: 165 3x5
The Press: 112.5 3x5
Diddly: 264.5 1x5
12 Chin-ups
Did SS for 4-5 months with last month being lazy with training, started at 115 or so, now will switch to Texas Method with more upper-body focus. I've could of done better with lifts if I was GOMADING, probably much better, but it seems like too much of a hussle.

Thanks, mostly flexing and good overhead lighting. I don't look that impressive in clothes either since my arms are thin.
