What kind supplements/other herbs do you use, /fit/? Zinc? Vitamin

Just a daily multivitamin and melatonin.

I should probably take creatine but meh.

Here's a list:
-daily multivitamin
-vitamin d3 on days with little/no sunlight
-mp whey
-zinc if I feel like it
-yohimbine (amazing for bloodflow and if you care about it: boners)

Things I currently don't take but deem useful and used them myself:
-omega 3 and 6, doesn't matter lf fish or sea weed
-creatine monohydrate, don't buy anything else, literally all the same, just go for cheapest
-l-arginine, great for pumps
-dmma/dmha/dmba preworkouts(don't bother lecturing me on those i've used them for years now) but don't take them too frequently, they're hard on the stomach and can cause psychological sides
