Anyone ever experience heel pain only when you go to touch your toes?
When I bend over with a flat foot, or pull my toes back, I get a shooting pain in my heel. It feels like something is tugging as well.

There are multiple muscles and ligaments in your foot.
Odds are you tore a muscle or have sprained something.
It will go away, if it was something worth worrying about you'd know.
I've broken my foot three times and tore a ligament there before.
It was the single most painful thing i've ever experienced.

It's painful, but only when it's stretched in a weird way.
Should I be stretching it? It feels like stretching it would damage it further, I don't want to lose range of motion...
Stretching it only gives a sharp pain and tug
