Welp /fit/
I have stalled on my lifts:
OHP 50 kg
Bench 57.5 kg
Squat 62.5 kg
Deadlift 122.5
Like 2 chinups.
I do the conventional 5x5, tried some days 3x5
I know my sleep has been less than ideal and I've been stressed out. I have been stalling since April I guess.
The thing is, I have added substantial size and mass. When I met friends they noticed I've gotten clearly jacked.
Shouldn't my strength increase with my added size? Wtf?
Should I start mixing up my rep-ranges? I want to get stronger, I don't care about looks, I still look like shit, only more muscular.
I'm 183cm, 96 Kg

I'm not cutting. Try to slam 250-300 grams of protein a day, as proteinshakes, eggs, peanutbuttersandwiches. Then I eat normal dinner/lunch as well. Think I'm about 4000 kcal a day.

If he's going for strength and destroying his muscles (he's not) but if he were he'd want around 270g of protein (because 1.5x body weight bro-science)
Besides if he was getting those calories from more carbs or fat he'd be a fucking slob whale... more than he is
Mate, you need to stop eating so many calories. You need to be in a surplus to gain strength, but thats just gonna make you fat and not any stronger. I started lifting 3 months ago, I'm 183cm, 91kg and I can bench 100kg. I get about ~170g protein on a good day. Sort out a better program and just go hard and you'll get stronger ez mate.
