If you have been lifting for less than 5 years and are natural you have no business doing anything other than full-body workouts.
Upper/Lower, PPL, Chest Monday, Back Tuesday, Arms Wednesday, etc. are all fluff and pump routines that will not build you muscle efficiently.
They only work for experienced lifters looking to target specific lagging areas, and roiders.
