Hey /fit/ newbie lifter here.
Someone in the gym told me I could get a body like Ronnie Coleman if only I started lifting weights when I was 13 or so. Because by that time you could maximize your testosterone and growth hormone. I told him he uses steroids but then again he said steroids only speeds up the process. If you lift at least 20 years you could get a body as big as him.

those dudes are in the top 1% already and they dont even abuse steriods. They have the best genetics,if you ever learned to research anything ronnie would only do a 12 week cycle before a competition maybe like 3 times a year or less. and these guys dont even take that much because there all ready genetically superior to the rest of the world
