I need some motivation /fit/
I have a hard time with my diet bc I love carbs so while I usually stay at a good range for calories I always miss my macros
I've been lifting more and I found today that I've gained 4 pounds. I don't think I've been lifting enough to gain 4 pounds in muscle or eating enough to gain 4 pounds in cellulite. I'm really not sure what happened. Either way I'm a bit down and need some motivation.
Suggestions or encouragement?
