I eat 3,000 a day easy. pint of milk 8 eggs, oats, bagel with peanut butter & banana - chicken breast wrap, king size payday, pint of milk - 3 salmon fillets, 2 boxes zaterains, more milk - 2 scoops mhp up your mass with milk, scoop of ice cream and banana. You should try to find some significantly higher Calorie foods that you enjoy. I recommend that you eat your carbohydrates before your protein as in my experience protein/fat makes you much more satiated than some form of carbs.
Another thing that you could do to increase the Calories which you're getting from your current diet is to dip your celery in something with a shit load of sugar and oil such as nutella or some form of peanut butter.
I would also make sure that I was getting at least 100 grams of protein a day, assuming that you are lifting weights or exercising in some form or another.
