Hi /fit/, my girlfriend and I are going to the gym for the first time in a year or two. I stopped going due to a motorcycle accident and I was a shit loser who used that as an excuse to stop going.
However since my girlfriend wants to start getting in shape I am going with her to assist her and for me to also feel better.
The issue is that she has an issue with her knee where it sometimes hurts and sometimes it doesn't which prevents her from doing some of the compound lifts.
Could you guys recommend any lifts that could help her lift without hurting her knee ?
